Referral Program
A $50 Amazon card for you and your referral. It’s how we say ‘thank you’.
You and your referral will each receive a $50 Amazon gift card when you refer friends, colleagues, and family to Prairie Lakes Dental. Simply have your referral mention your name when making their appointment. We’ll make sure to contact you after the first visit of your referral.
Our referral program is limited to one Amazon gift card per new household referred. That means, if you refer a family of six, we will issue one $50 Amazon card. Unfortunately, we cannot extend this offer to referrals within a current patient household (although, we would love to have them stop by). That means this offer does not apply to husbands, wives, and children who live in the same residence, referring each other. Your referral patient must include your name when making or during their appointment. To be a part of our referral program you must currently be an active patient of Prairie Lakes Dental.
