Dr. Adam Forster
D.D.S.
Dr. Adam Forster has been a long-time resident of Southern Wisconsin. He grew up in Baraboo and went to high school there. After graduation, he attended Hamline University in St. Paul, MN and received his bachelor’s degree.
Dr. Matthew Clary
D.D.S.
Dr. Matthew Clary grew up in Baraboo, Wisconsin. He attended the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, where he received his undergraduate degree in Biomedical Science. Staying in the state, Matt achieved his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Marquette School of Dentistry.
Dr. Martin Jasek
D.D.S.
Dr. Martin grew up in Northern Illinois and knew he wanted to be a dentist from a young age. He received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from Marquette University and enjoyed his time there so much that he later decided to move to Wisconsin with his family.
Dr. Olivia Yentz
D.M.D.
Dr. Olivia is a proud Sun Prairie native with deep roots in the community she now serves. Her passion for dentistry was sparked at just eight years old during a childhood dental visit, and that early spark has grown into a lifelong commitment to helping others through compassionate, patient-focused care.
